📝 Position Overview:

The Board of Revenue, Punjab is seeking a skilled and creative Social Media Manager for its Project Management Unit (PMU) under the PULSE Project. This role offers the opportunity to lead digital communication efforts for a high-impact, donor-funded initiative focused on modernizing Punjab’s urban land record systems.


🎓 Educational Requirements:

  • Minimum 16 years of education from a HEC-recognized university/institute in:

    • Arts

    • Social Sciences

    • Information Technology

    • Computer Science

    • Or an equivalent field

  • Certification in Digital Media Marketing is mandatory


💼 Experience Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in social media management within:

    • Public sector organizations

    • Private sector companies

    • Donor-funded or development projects (preferred)


🔍 Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the project’s objectives

  • Manage content creation, scheduling, and publishing across all major platforms

  • Monitor engagement, analyze metrics, and generate performance reports

  • Handle public interactions and ensure timely responses across digital platforms

  • Work closely with the communications team to support outreach and visibility efforts
