📝 Position Overview:

PCMMDC is hiring a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Manager (Operations) to oversee field-level operations and ensure smooth execution of market functions in Multan Division. Candidates with a blend of administrative and livestock management experience will be highly preferred.

🎓 Educational Requirements:

• Minimum 16 years of education from a HEC-recognized university in one of the following fields:

  • Business Administration

  • Human Resource Management (HRM)

  • Public Administration

  • Or any equivalent relevant discipline

• DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) qualification will be given preference

💼 Experience Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in operations management, administration, or related roles in public or private sector organizations.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of cattle markets within the assigned division

• Coordinate with field staff, vendors, and local authorities for smooth execution of market activities

• Monitor compliance with operational protocols and quality standards

• Report performance metrics and suggest improvements for efficiency

• Ensure customer service and vendor management standards are met

📍 Location: Posting is specific to Multan. Candidates must be willing to work on-site in the district.
