🔍 Position Overview:

The Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) is hiring for the position of Security Supervisor (BS-16) on a regular basis. This role is ideal for retired Junior Commissioned Officers (JCOs) of the Armed Forces or civilians with strong security backgrounds. The selected candidate will be posted at the PPSC Head Office in Lahore or any of its regional offices across Punjab.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

Option 1 (Preferred):

• Retired Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) of the Armed Forces.

Option 2 (If JCO not available):

• Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a reputed security agency.

🔹 Note: Only post-qualification experience will be considered. Experience in private entities will be accepted if the firm is registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or other relevant regulatory authorities.

🎓 Qualification Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree (16 Years of Education)

• OR Retired JCO status

📊 Age Limit:

• Male: 25 to 50 years (including 5 years upper age relaxation)

• Female: 25 to 53 years (including 8 years upper age relaxation)

• Transgender: As per CNIC gender status

🧠 Written Test Syllabus (If Applicable):

Only for candidates applying with a Bachelor’s degree (non-JCOs):

• Test Format: 1 Paper (MCQs) – 100 Marks – 90 Minutes

• Subjects Included:

  • General Knowledge

  • Pakistan Studies

  • Current Affairs

  • Islamic Studies / General Knowledge (for non-Muslim candidates)

  • Geography

  • English & Urdu

  • Basic Mathematics

  • Everyday Science

  • Basic Computer Knowledge
