🔍 Job Overview:

Multan Waste Management Company (MWMC) is seeking a highly competent and experienced Project Manager to lead operations in janitorial, housekeeping, and facility management services across public infrastructure sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background in service delivery management, and expertise in managing large-scale public facilities.

🎓 Educational Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Environmental Sciences, or a related field from a recognized university.

• Master’s degree or certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) will be considered a strong advantage.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution of janitorial and facility management projects across key public infrastructure locations (e.g., hospitals, railway stations, commercial hubs).

• Supervise teams and ensure timely service delivery in line with contractual obligations and municipal standards.

• Develop and implement operational strategies, monitor KPIs, and optimize workflows for better efficiency.

• Ensure full compliance with Pakistani labor laws and safety standards in service delivery.

• Prepare project reports, maintain accurate financial records, and oversee procurement-related activities.

• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve service quality.

💼 Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managing facility management, housekeeping, or janitorial services.

• At least 2 years of proven experience leading teams at large public venues such as airports, railway stations, hospitals, or similar infrastructure sites.

👤 Candidate Profile:

• Gender: Male

• Age Limit: 30 to 45 years

• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills

• Proficiency in budgeting, reporting, and procurement systems

• Knowledge of public sector operations and stakeholder coordination

💰 Salary Range:

• Up to PKR 90,000/month (based on experience and qualifications)
