📝 Job Overview:

The Board of Revenue, Punjab invites applications from qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals for the position of Procurement Associate in the Project Management Unit (PMU) of the PULSE project. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a transformative, donor-funded initiative improving land record systems in Punjab.

🎓 Educational Requirements:

• Minimum 16 years of education in one of the following disciplines from an HEC-recognized institution:

  • Project Management

  • MBA / MPA / M.Com

  • Public Administration

  • Commerce

  • Business Economics

  • Or an equivalent degree

💼 Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant, post-qualification experience in procurement within:

  • Public or private sector organizations (national or provincial level)

  • International organizations or donor-funded projects (preferred)

• Solid understanding of:

  • Procurement regulations and systems in Pakistan & Punjab

  • Budgeting and treasury procedures
